The assistant that actually does the work.
Most AI tools stop at the chat box. Mili goes further: it is an agent that takes action. Ask it in plain language and it works across the systems you already use — reading and writing files, filling web forms, calling APIs and chaining the steps together — then reports back with exactly what it did.
What it does for you
Six behaviours that turn a chat model into a colleague you can delegate to.
Takes action, not just chat
It carries out multi-step tasks end to end, then reports back with exactly what it did.
Remembers what matters
Tell it to keep something in mind and it will, building lasting context about your work.
Works on a schedule
Set jobs to run hourly, daily, or on your own cadence, with no one watching.
Answers from your own information
Point it at your documents and it responds with grounded, source-aware answers.
Coordinates as a team
Multiple agents can hand work to one another to cover larger jobs.
Stays in its lane
You grant access tool by tool, so it only ever touches what you allow.
Works where you work
One agent, over 330 connected applications. A universal MCP client and a built-in MCP server let it plug into any Model Context Protocol tool — chat platforms, ticketing, cloud consoles, home automation, mail and calendars — and expose its own skills to other agents in return.
Real work, not demos
A few of the jobs organizations hand to Mili on day one.
The weekly report that writes itself
Every Monday at 7:00, pull last week's figures from your systems, compare with the previous period, and drop a formatted summary in the right inbox.
Answers grounded in your documents
Index contracts, procedures and mailboxes once. Ask anything afterwards and get an answer that cites the source it came from.
Forms, portals and APIs, handled
It opens the supplier portal, fills the form from your data, submits it and files the confirmation — one step in a longer chain you describe in a sentence.
Local software, private inference
The Mili software runs on hardware you own — your workstation or server. Your files, credentials, and client data stay on that machine. Only the prompt travels, encrypted, to sovereign, private GPU infrastructure in the EU in an ISO 27001 certified datacenter, independent of every US AI provider. This is not a US-based AI service and never a shared multi-tenant AI API: no one else's model sees your prompt, and we keep no copy of it. Bringing that inference home to Quebec is our mission.

One agent across IT, Administration, Finance, Accounting and Construction.
Mili automates the repetitive, document-heavy, deadline-driven work every team shares, then adapts to the tools and vocabulary of each field.
IT
Ticket triage, log and metric watch, scheduled scripts, runbooks drafted from your docs.
Administration
Email sorting and replies, file organization, correspondence, recurring paperwork kept moving.
Finance
Report compilation, cross-source reconciliation, exception flagging, answers from your ledgers.
Accounting
Invoice matching, data extraction from receipts and statements, period-end summaries.
Construction
Plans and specs read, submittals and RFIs tracked, site paperwork, answers from project files.
330+ connectors. Here are the ones your team already knows.
Through the Model Context Protocol, Mili plugs into the tools each department runs. A sample by field — the full catalogue keeps growing.

Secured with OAuth 2.1, both ways. Mili is an MCP client and an MCP server: it connects to protected MCP servers over OAuth 2.1 (PKCE, dynamic client registration, resource indicators), and it exposes its own tools as an OAuth 2.1 resource server so Claude Desktop, Claude.ai and ChatGPT can sign in through your identity provider — no pre-shared secrets.
Trademarks belong to their respective owners; listing indicates interoperability, not endorsement. Availability varies by plan and region.
Built to Quebec's agentic-AI guide (MCN).
Kill switch, audit trail, autonomy levels, cost caps and an agent registry — Mili's product-side controls map directly to the Guide sur l'utilisation responsable de l'intelligence artificielle agentique from the ministère de la Cybersécurité et du Numérique. The guide binds public bodies; for private-sector buyers the same controls are simply good governance. Either way you get a kit that maps line by line to Annexe C.
